Agent Customer Service & Operations (FR-IT-SP)

 

• Looking after transportation orders

• Maintain direct contact with existing and potential clients

• Make calculations for proposals by means of an in-house computer system

• Planning the orders and monitoring the shipment from A to Z

• Maintain regular contact with client and transporter during the shipment

• Deal with all administrative process as a result of the above mentioned actions.

• Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach

• Higher vocational education level (equivalent to Dutch MBO / MBO+ level)

• Some years of experience in the field of transportation planning.

• Language skills both verbal and in writing in French, Italian and Spanish

(English is the company language)

• Willing to work in shifts.

• Able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct
